I am thrilled to be associated with a company who actually practices what they teach.
The interests and well being of their customer is GENUINELY their
FIRST focus.
This is very obvious in the way they handled a problem I recently encountered.
Here is my story.
A few weeks ago I sent out a card and a gift to a friend over in Florida. After a couple of weeks it seemed strange that this friend had not contacted me to mention the package.
A few days later I saw him on skype and asked if a packet had arrived for him. His response was “no, I have not seen anything come in the mail from you”. Very strange!
I emailed the company, and then called and the young lady who took my call assured me she would research this order immediately. She also asked if I would like the goods to be resent. I replied “yes please”.
Proof that the package did arrive:
Within an hour or so I received an email with an attachment which was a copy of the tracking information showing that the packet had been delivered on a certain date.
HOWEVER despite this proof that the company was NOT at fault, the order was immediately dispatched AGAIN, and within a few days this second packet was received by my friend.
Whatever happened to the first package I will never know.
Did this company (Send Out Cards) need to resend the packet? No of course not. They had proof that it was delivered.
But Send Out Cards are more interested in their customers than they are in their profits. This incident proved this to me beyond any shadow of a doubt.
They practice what they teach – no doubts at all.

Does your business focus on making money? (Chances are you will fail in these shaky times).
Are you in business to make a difference in people’s lives? (Chances are your company will succeed no matter how shaky the financial system becomes).
