Do You REALLY Appreciate Your Customers?
“Appreciation Marketing” is one of the more modern terms we are beginning to see pop up all over the internet. But just what is “Appreciation Marketing?”
To me, this seems like two words in conflict. How so?
Well if you REALLY do appreciate your customer, how could your motive for showing your GENUINE appreciation be to sell them something? That IS a conflict right?
How could you be focusing on closing a sale as you take some time to write them a heart felt thank you or appreciation message?
Is this a thought worth taking a moment to think about?
Stop for a moment and try to remember: When was the last time someone wrote you a note just to say “Thank you” or how much they appreciate you?
How did that make you feel? If you had have felt some undertones of “I am expecting you to buy from me now“, how would that have made you feel?
Let’s face it, we all have an “inner sense” that lets us know when something we hear or read is genuine or not, right?
So then, what is the REAL key to building up a “contact database” of business referrals?
Build a contact base of FRIENDS.
After all if you are looking for a contractor, a realtor, or a banker and you have a trusted friend who owns a business in your needed field, do you go to google or to the phone?
Before you sit down to write a thank you note or send a card of appreciation to someone, take a moment to watch this video:

P.S. Take a test drive of my fantastic system that allows you to send out cards from your computer at any hour of the night or day, and without going to the Post Office, (and your friend will receive a REAL card, not an ECard).
This test drive is completely free of cost and obligation.
